How long until I receive my order?

Always start by checking the individual listings for more information on production and shipping estimates. I'll always strive to be clear on time estimates (I hate waiting for packages...) but if I forgot to add the information, know that my hand made items ship between 5-7 days after order and most of my print providers take 1-3 days for production (though they can take up to a week for delivery). This is of course impacted during holidays, so keep an eye out for announcements about "order by" dates on the home page near that season.

I ordered a few items but only received one. Where are the rest?

If you order different types of items (a shirt and a crochet floral basket), your items might arrive in separate packages because I use a print provider for my apparel while I hand make my other items. Therefore, apparel items and hand crafted items have different shipping times and come from different places. Double check with the listing to see the production time on your item(s).

USPS/UPS lost my package/my item says it's delivered but it's not in my mailbox?

Once your item began the shipping process, it is no longer the responsibility of Winsome Studios. Any lost, delayed or stolen items are not refundable or exchangeable. Here are a list of things you can do to try to locate your item(s):

Double check before purchase that you are delivering to an updated address that is associated with your name.

- If you cannot locate your item, please reach out to your local post office with your tracking number that was provided in your shipping notification email. 

- For packages that have not arrived (through USPS) you can submit a search request here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Unfortunately (though not often) lost or delayed mail happens, and as frustrating as it is, it is completely out of my control. I am unable to assist in finding mail as I do not work with or have any special access with USPS. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you order a hand-crafted sewn or crochet item, feel free to reach out to me admin@shopwinsomestudios.com to discuss cancelling an order. These are case by case basis really, as I endeavor to have items premade to facilitate better shipping times. 

My apparel items go through a print provider. In order to accommodate faster shipping times, I try to place the order for your item as soon as I can. I hold the order until 8 p.m. MST after which I place it into production. If you reach out to me before 8 p.m. MST on the day of your order, I can attempt to cancel your order. Though I know this window is short, I want to give an opportunity to my friends placing an order. Any inquiry after this window will result in the order going through/no cancellation.

There is an error on my order. Can I get a refund?

I cannot offer refunds on orders that are correct and arrived as expected since items in my shop are made to order. However, if you experience some sort of error (item is not of correct quality, graphic is wrong, spelling error, damage, etc.) please contact me so we can find the best solution and even get your item replaced.

Can I have something completely custom-made?

If you see an item in my shop that you like but feel you would like to change an element, please reach out! Though I can't guarantee anything, I would be happy to collaborate on a design to try and fit your needs! 

Care Instructions?

All items will have care instructions included in the listing. Please refer to the listing information for suggested care to make your items last as long as possible!

What size should I order?

All items will have a sizing chart included in the listing pictures. Please refer to the sizing chart there, especially if you would like something to be oversized vs. fitted or vice versa. All sizing is based on information from my print providers and may vary slightly.

Can I add a gift message?

I am currently working with my print providers to be able to include a gift message with your order. While this is not in place yet, I am working to make this happen especially before the holidays!

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Winsome Studios is not responsible for delays due to customs.
