Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:

As of this time, we cannot accept returns or refunds on products that have arrived as expected and appear to be correct due to all of our products being custom printed as they are ordered. Please make sure to check over your entire order before submitting to make sure the correct quantity, size, and color are selected and that your address is accurate.

All orders are placed into production by 5 p.m. MST on the day of your order. If, for whatever reason, you need an order canceled, you may do so by 5 p.m. on the same day of your order. If you ordered after 5 p.m. MST, you have until the following day at 5 p.m. MST. All requests must be made to admin@shopwinsomestudios.com.

Damaged/Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item or items that are damaged or incorrect please contact us at admin@shopwinsomestudios.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer free returns on incorrect or damaged items and will send a replacement or refund as soon as the incorrect or damaged item is received. Please note all returns will need to be sent to [insert address here].

Refund Policy:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
